Apple has had some legendary, groundbreaking adverts over the years. From ‘1984’ to the brightly coloured figures dancing with those iconic white headphones it doesn’t tend to miss the mark. Well, this week it really did and the incident says something about our increasingly fraught relationship with tech and media.
The advert, for those that haven’t seen it, was played during Tuesday’s iPad event. (Nice products, not revolutionary, won’t be buying one until my old one dies…) It shows various creative tools being squished to reveal… an iPad Pro.
