It is Amazon Prime Day 2023! (Technically it is two days – 11 and 12 July.) That means there are all sorts of offers available on a range of tech and media-related products. Here are some that caught my eye. [These are affiliate links so buying via them helps support The Addition – thank you!].
I love a ‘normal’ book as much as the next person, but there is no doubt that the Kindle has some great use cases too. I generally take one, not a hardback or paperback, if I’m travelling. There are few options available and there are all on offer.
I have a (much older) Kindle Paperwhite.
If you are looking for a cheap way to connect your TV and get access to a load of streaming services, the Fire Stick is not a bad way to do it. The 4K Max model has 42% off this Amazon Prime Day.
Apple Deals on Amazon Prime Day
It is always good to be able to get some discounts on Apple products and there are some decent ones on offer. For instance, AirPods 3rd gen have 22% off. They do not have noise cancelling but do have spatial audio – perfect for listening to “The Addition Podcast”!
There is even money off a 2022 iPad with an M1 chip. It is only a 12% discount, but even that makes a meaningful difference.
If you’re looking for a laptop with Apple silicon in it, a 12-inch MacBook air is available as part of Amazon Prime Day. Now, this is a 2020 model, so not the most up-to-date one, however at £779 instead of £999 it might well be worth considering for some.
Anker Power Bank
You don’t want to be that person whose phone runs out of battery. Have an extra charger with you! I’ve used Anker products before and always liked them. This seems like a pretty good offer.
There are obviously loads to choose from beyond these deals, but these are some of the ones I thought were worth highlighting. You do need to be an Amazon Prime member to take advantage.
