Apple TV+ is presenting at the Television Critics Association 2023 winter convention today, giving details of upcoming shows. A few new trailers have also been released, giving fans a chance to see what is coming up on the streaming service.
“Shrinking”
“Shrinking” is from “Scrubs” and “Ted Lasso” producer Bill Lawrence. It stars Jason Segel and Harrison Ford, as a grieving therapist tries to help himself and his patients. It will debut on Apple TV+ on January 27.
“The Reluctant Traveller”
Eugene Levy is “The Reluctant Traveller” who heads around the world for this 8-part series. It premieres on February 24.
“Hello Tomorrow”
Billy Crudup is back on Apple TV+. This time, he plays a charismatic salesman offering customers a life that’s out of this world…literally. The show premieres on February 17.
These shows are just some of what is heading to the streaming service in the next few weeks. It all adds to my feeling that 2023 could be a very big year for Apple TV+ as it combines an expanding back catalogue with a competitive price point.
