On Monday, the UK’s Britain’s Public Service Broadcasts – the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 – announced that they are combining for a new service called Freely. It will be delivered over the Internet and be built into the next generation of smart TVs. The development was the subject of the latest ‘Additional Conversations’ segment on the “Daily Tech News Show”.
