Ryder Cup, Women’s Rugby World Cup – What to Watch This Weekend, 27-28 September

Ryder Cup: There really is only one thing to watch this weekend, and that is the Ryder Cup from the Bethpage Black Course in New York. The Ryder Cup is one of my favourite sporting events. Play in the 45th meeting between the USA and Europe is already underway and goes on until Sunday night. Can the Europeans finally win on American soil again? There is set to be an electric atmosphere as the world’s best go head-to-head. It should be a thriller. Watch on Sky Sports/NOW in the UK and on Peacock in the US.

Women’s World Cup Final: Hosts England play Canada at the Allianz Stadium Twickenham in a bid to be champions of the world. The Red Roses are the clear favourites, but Canada are ranked number two in the world. After beating New Zealand in the semi-finals, they will be looking to make history once again. Watch for FREE on BBC One and iPlayer in the UK. Kick off is at 4pm BST/11am ET.
