Premier League
Liverpool vs Brighton: Both these sides are having somewhat mixed seasons. They are on equal points, but there is no doubt who is under more pressure. Arne Slot’s Reds might have beaten Inter at San Siro, but the manager is still reeling from his very public bust-up with Mo Salah. He cannot afford to lose. The game kicks off at 3pm GMT/12pm ET on Saturday, 13th December. It is not available to watch in the UK, but is on Peacock in the US.
Nottm Forest vs Spurs: The two teams that have fired both Nuno Espírito Santo and Ange Postecoglou meet at the City Ground. The hosts have stabilised a bit under Sean Dyche, but they are still only just outside the drop zone. A couple of wins at home have improved the mood in North London, but it wouldn’t take much for Thomas Frank to be under pressure again. The game kicks off at 2pm GMT/11am ET on Sunday, 14th December. It is available to watch on Sky Sports/NOW in the UK, and is on Peacock in the US.
Sunderland vs Newcaslte: It’s a massive North East derby, as this sides meet in the Premier League once again. Regis Le Bris’s newly promoted Black Cats have been one of the season so far. Far from looking like relegation contendors, they are playing brave football and eyeing the European spots. The Magpies were held to a draw by Bayer Leverkusen in the week, and know they are in for another battle. . The game kicks off at 2pm GMT/11am ET on Sunday, 14th December. It is available to watch on Sky Sports/NOW in the UK, and is on USA in the US.

Man Utd vs Tottenham: This is the last round of fixtures before the league has it’s winter break. Spurs have been excellent under Martin Ho, and go into this weekend in fifth. They got a draw against Arsenal in the North London Derby, but still have not been able to beat one of the “Big Four”. Can they change that against a Man Utd side weary after a Champions League clash in the week? Spurs boss Martin Ho says the hosts are “a top team” his player “know it’s going to be a tough test”. However, you get the sense he fancies causing an upset against the club he used to work for. The game kicks off at 2.20pm GMT/11.30am ET on Sunday, 14th December. It is available to watch for FREE on BBC Two/iPlayer in the UK, and is on ESPN Select/Fubo in the US.
